Program Name: PATCH Security Alerts
Program Description: PATCH Security Alerts is an operational security and system-status notification service provided by NXG Services and the PATCH Platform. Users who voluntarily opt in may receive SMS messages concerning unauthorized activity, security exceptions, system communication failures, system restoration, and other operational events associated with sites they are authorized to monitor.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on security and operational events. Messages are event-driven and may occur whenever a qualifying event is detected.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any PATCH Security Alerts message to stop receiving SMS messages. Users who opt out will no longer receive PATCH SMS alerts unless they subsequently opt in again.
