This Privacy Policy explains how NXG Services LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information associated with the PATCH platform, including information associated with the PATCH Security Alerts SMS messaging program.

• Mobile telephone number
• Company and account information
• User role and account permissions

• Ticket, work-order, and dispatch information

• SMS opt-in and opt-out status

• Information necessary to provide security alerts, system notifications, dispatch notifications, ticket and work-order notifications, and other PATCH operational services

We may also collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the PATCH platform and associated services..

• Authenticate users and administer accounts

• Communicate system and device status
• Provide dispatch-related communications

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

NXG Services LLC may collect mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information from users who voluntarily and expressly opt in to the PATCH Security Alerts SMS program.

Mobile telephone numbers, messaging preferences, and SMS consent information are used to provide requested security alerts and operational communications through the PATCH platform.

NXG Services LLC does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide communications, infrastructure, or other services on behalf of NXG Services LLC. These service providers are not permitted to use mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The PATCH Security Alerts SMS program provides security and operational notifications to authorized PATCH users who have expressly opted in to receive SMS messages.

Messages may include:

• Unauthorized activity alerts
• Security event notifications
• Device offline or restored notifications
• Tank-level or operational alerts
• Dispatch notifications
• Ticket notifications
• Work-order notifications
• Account or system notifications
• Other security or operational communications associated with authorized PATCH services

PATCH Security Alerts are operational and security-related communications. NXG Services LLC does not use SMS consent obtained for the PATCH Security Alerts program to send third-party marketing or promotional messages.

Participation in the PATCH Security Alerts SMS program is voluntary.

Users must expressly and separately opt in to receive SMS communications from NXG Services LLC through the PATCH platform. SMS messaging is OFF by default until the individual user affirmatively enables SMS notifications.

Acceptance of the PATCH Terms and Conditions, creation of a PATCH account, or use of PATCH services does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating or maintaining a PATCH account, or using the PATCH application or related PATCH services.

SMS consent applies only to the individual mobile number and user providing the consent.

NXG Services LLC maintains records of SMS consent as reasonably necessary to document and administer participation in the PATCH Security Alerts SMS program.

Message frequency varies based on security events, system events, account activity, tickets, work orders, dispatch activity, and other operational events associated with the user's authorized PATCH services.

Because PATCH Security Alerts are event-driven, there is no fixed number of messages a user will receive.

Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Users may opt out of PATCH SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a PATCH SMS message.

Users may also disable SMS notifications through their own PATCH notification settings where available.

After opting out, the user will no longer receive PATCH SMS messages unless the user subsequently provides new affirmative consent in accordance with the PATCH opt-in process.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent a user from receiving other authorized PATCH communications, such as push notifications or email notifications, where those communications are enabled.

Users may reply HELP to a PATCH SMS message for assistance.

NXG Services LLC may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide PATCH services requested by authorized users
• Work with service providers performing services on behalf of NXG Services LLC
• Protect the security, rights, or property of NXG Services LLC, PATCH, our customers, authorized users, or others
• Investigate security incidents, fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful requests

Notwithstanding the foregoing, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

NXG Services LLC may use third-party service providers to support infrastructure, communications, hosting, monitoring, security, customer support, and other functions necessary to operate PATCH.

Service providers are permitted to access or process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on behalf of NXG Services LLC and subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements.

Service providers are not permitted to use mobile information or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

NXG Services LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information maintained through the PATCH platform against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

No electronic system or method of data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. NXG Services LLC therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

NXG Services LLC may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide PATCH services
• Maintain security and operational records
• Document SMS consent and opt-out requests
• Fulfill contractual obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce applicable agreements
• Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements

Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and NXG Services LLC's data-retention practices.

Authorized PATCH users may have the ability to manage certain account and notification preferences through the PATCH application.

SMS participation is voluntary and may be disabled at any time as described in the Opt-Out section of this Privacy Policy.

PATCH is a business, security, and operational services platform and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

NXG Services LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through PATCH.
