PATCH Terms & Conditions

Operated by NXG Services LLC
Last Updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PATCH technology and security services platform (“PATCH”), which is operated by NXG Services LLC (“NXG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms also include the terms applicable to the PATCH Security Alerts SMS messaging program.

By accessing or using PATCH, you agree to these Terms. Participation in the PATCH Security Alerts SMS program is voluntary and requires separate affirmative consent as described below.

PATCH Platform

PATCH is a technology and security services platform designed to provide authorized users with security monitoring, operational monitoring, event management, ticket and work-order functionality, dispatch communications, device and system status information, and related services.

Access to PATCH may be limited to authorized customers, employees, contractors, transporters, drivers, service providers, or other approved users.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for using PATCH only for authorized purposes.

PATCH Security Alerts SMS Program

The PATCH Security Alerts SMS program, operated by NXG Services LLC, provides security and operational text-message notifications to authorized PATCH users who expressly opt in to receive SMS communications.

Depending on the user's role, account, notification settings, and authorized PATCH services, SMS messages may include:

  • Unauthorized activity alerts
  • Security event notifications
  • Device offline or restored notifications
  • Tank-level or operational alerts
  • Dispatch notifications
  • Ticket notifications
  • Work-order notifications
  • Account or system notifications
  • Other security or operational communications associated with authorized PATCH services

PATCH Security Alerts are intended to provide operational and security-related information associated with the user's authorized PATCH services.

SMS Opt-In and Consent

Participation in the PATCH Security Alerts SMS program is voluntary.

SMS messaging is OFF by default.

Authorized users may opt in to SMS messaging through their individual PATCH notification settings. The user must affirmatively enable SMS messaging for their own account and mobile telephone number.

Acceptance of these Terms, creation of a PATCH account, or use of PATCH services does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating or maintaining a PATCH account, or using the PATCH platform.

SMS consent applies only to the individual user and mobile telephone number that provided the consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

PATCH Security Alerts are event-driven. The number and frequency of messages a user receives will depend on security events, system events, account activity, tickets, work orders, dispatch activity, device status, operational activity, and the user's notification settings.

There is no fixed number of messages a user will receive.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers may charge fees for sending or receiving SMS messages according to the user's mobile service plan.

NXG Services LLC does not control charges imposed by a user's wireless carrier.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to opt out.

Users may opt out of PATCH SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a PATCH SMS message.

Users may also disable SMS notifications through their individual PATCH notification settings where available.

After opting out, the user will no longer receive PATCH SMS messages unless the user subsequently provides new affirmative consent through an authorized PATCH opt-in process.

Opting out of SMS messaging does not terminate the user's PATCH account and does not prevent other authorized communications, such as push notifications or email notifications, where those communications remain enabled.
