PATCH Security Alerts — SMS Opt-In Verification

PATCH is operated by NXG Services LLC.

This page provides public verification of the opt-in process for the PATCH Security Alerts SMS messaging program.

SMS enrollment is available only to authenticated, authorized PATCH users through their individual notification settings inside the secure PATCH application.

SMS notifications are OFF by default.

To enroll, an authorized user must log in to PATCH, navigate to Notifications, review the SMS disclosure, and affirmatively enable SMS notifications for their own mobile telephone number.

By enabling SMS notifications, the user expressly agrees to receive PATCH Security Alerts and operational SMS messages from NXG Services LLC.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or using the PATCH platform.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Before Consent

The screenshot below shows the PATCH SMS opt-in form before consent. SMS is OFF by default. The user's Mobile Number and SMS consent checkbox appear on the same form. The Mobile Number identifies the number authorized to receive PATCH Security Alerts. The user must check the consent box and enable SMS. The number shown is masked for privacy.

After Consent

This screenshot shows the PATCH Notification Settings screen after the individual user has affirmatively enabled SMS notifications.

The enabled status confirms that the authenticated user completed the PATCH SMS opt-in process.

Patch SMS Notifications

PATCH SMS notifications are available only to authenticated PATCH users.

SMS notifications are OFF by default. Each individual user must voluntarily enable SMS notifications from their own account under the Notifications tab. Administrators cannot opt users into SMS messaging on behalf of another user.
